Megagon Project Solutions was first established in Turkey to serve the logistics sector as a project partner and ship brokerage. The company has since expanded, establishing new offices in the Netherlands and Georgia. Megagon's Benelux office primarily handles heavy haulage and project cargoes management throughout Europe, as well as between Europe, Turkey, and CIS countries. Megagon Turkey manages the pricing and operational activities as the group's headquarters for the Netherlands and Georgia branches.

The Project division is dedicated to finding the most effective transport methods for partners. The Engineering division focuses on calculating possibilities and risks for planned transport modes. The Chartering division is responsible for identifying the most suitable vessels for cargo needs.
